Dr. Vijayaraghavan Pisharody

Board-level CHRO and people strategist with 25+ years shaping culture, leadership capability, and organisational design across SaaS, education, healthcare, hospitality, and luxury retail.

Vijay has spent his career helping organisations professionalise without losing the human core that made them work in the first place. He now serves as CHRO and President – People & Organisational Culture at House of PMJ, where he is helping transform a large legacy family business through culture embedding, succession planning, coaching, role clarity, and leadership systems.

Earlier, at ZingHR, he helped scale a high-growth HR SaaS business from 300 to 650+ employees while strengthening leadership capability, talent systems, and operating discipline. His experience also spans Manipal's education, healthcare, and hospitality businesses across India, MENA, Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, and beyond. That mix gives Dr.CHRO something rare: senior HR judgment grounded in both complexity and real-world scale.

Michael Good

Fractional executive, operator, and product builder focused on the commercial engine room: turning strong expertise into a clear offer, a credible operating model, and a business people can trust.

Michael brings the product, positioning, execution, and operating-model design behind Dr.CHRO. He has spent more than three decades working across SaaS, software, delivery, operations, and transformation leadership roles, including founder, COO, and fractional operating partner positions. His work consistently sits where growth starts to outpace structure.

He previously worked closely with Vijay at ZingHR, where that trust was built in practice. Dr.CHRO is Vijay's idea; Michael's role is to help shape it into a modern advisory business with sharper packaging, better client journeys, stronger trust signals, and a model that can scale without becoming generic or low-signal.
