Who we are looking for
CHRO-level seniority
You have held a chief HR officer, VP HR, or equivalent role, or currently operate at comparable scope.
Minimum 12 years in HR
Deep practical experience across employment law, talent, performance, culture, compensation, and organisational design.
Relevant market context
Direct familiarity with the legal, cultural, and operating realities of the markets your clients work in, including SMEs and growth-stage businesses.
Board or C-suite exposure
Experience where people decisions and business risk genuinely intersect, not just functional HR administration.
