This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply when you access or use Dr.CHRO. It forms part of the legal framework between you and Dr.CHRO.
You must use Dr.CHRO only for legitimate professional and business purposes connected with the platform, lawfully, honestly, and in good faith, in a manner that respects confidentiality, privacy, and platform security, and in accordance with all applicable Dr.CHRO terms and policies.
You must not: access, scrape, or harvest non-public platform data; interfere with or probe platform security without written authorisation; upload malware or malicious scripts; impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or identity; submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material; upload information you do not have the right to disclose; stalk, harass, or threaten any person; circumvent invitations, commercial rules, or payout controls; reverse engineer the platform; interfere with another user's access; use automated systems to generate abusive traffic; or use Dr.CHRO for unlawful or anti-competitive purposes.
If you upload sensitive information, you must ensure it is relevant to the workflow, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, have the right to provide the material, and comply with your own confidentiality and data protection obligations.
You must keep login details secure, not share accounts, use only granted permissions, and notify Dr.CHRO promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
Dr.CHRO may monitor, review, preserve, remove, restrict, suspend, or investigate activity where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, enforce terms, comply with law, or maintain workflow integrity.
If you breach this Policy, Dr.CHRO may warn you, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate access, block workflows or payouts, require remedial steps, or report the matter to relevant authorities where required.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
