1. Purpose
These Invite User Binding Terms apply when you activate a Dr.CHRO account using an invitation issued by a company administrator, Dr.CHRO administrator, or other authorised inviter.
They ensure that invited users expressly acknowledge their personal obligations for account use, confidentiality, privacy, and platform conduct, even where a company has already accepted company-level terms.
2. Relationship to other documents
These Invite User Binding Terms apply in addition to the Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any role-specific terms (Company Terms or Advisor Terms) that apply to your access level.
3. Personal account responsibility
By accepting an invite, you confirm that: the invitation was issued for you personally; you will keep your login details secure; you will only use the account for authorised Dr.CHRO purposes; you will not share the account with another person; and you understand that your activity may be attributed to you and to the organisation on whose behalf you act.
4. Company-side applicability
If you are joining on behalf of a company, you acknowledge that company-level terms may already apply to the entity and that your personal use must still comply with those company-side obligations where relevant.
5. Confidentiality and restricted information
Invited users may receive access to sensitive commercial, people, HR, compensation, or operational information. You must keep non-public information confidential and use it only for authorised platform and engagement purposes.
6. Role-limited access
Your access is limited to the permissions, workflows, and company or advisor context assigned to your role. Dr.CHRO and the relevant company administrator may restrict, change, or revoke your access.
7. Activation and ongoing use
Dr.CHRO may require you to accept current legal documents before activation completes. If those documents are materially updated later, Dr.CHRO may require you to re-accept them before continuing to use relevant workflows.
8. Governing law
These Invite User Binding Terms are governed by the laws of India.
